REPORTING OFFICE FOR INDICATIONS OF BREACHES OF THE LAW AND IRREGULARITIES IN THE COMPANY<\/h3>

Express K\u00fcchen attaches great importance to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and the self-imposed compliance principles of conduct in its own conduct and business decisions and actions at home and abroad. Our aim is to exclude any risks that could jeopardize our integrity and harm our company, our employees, business partners or customers. In order to fulfill our responsibility, it is therefore important that we become aware of compliance violations.<\/p>

Express K\u00fcchen offers all employees and external third parties the opportunity to report any violations of the law and grievances at Nolte K\u00fcchen. Completely anonymously if desired. You have the option of reporting either to Express K\u00fcchen directly or to SZA Schilling, Zutt & Ansch\u00fctz Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt. The report is free of charge for you in both cases. All incoming reports will be checked immediately. Suspected cases will be investigated and infringements will be followed up.<\/p>

If in doubt, please contact the relevant emergency services by telephone to report any immediate danger to life and limb. Please also refrain from submitting customer inquiries or complaints about Express K\u00fcchen products via this portal and contact your retailer directly in such cases. Finally, please note that deliberately providing false information may have consequences under criminal and labor law for you and any third parties.<\/p>
